Friendly and informative in completing the inspection of a year end Tarion claim.

I am very glad I called Phil & Randy over to inspect my home, prior to my 1yr Tarion warranty coverage. Luckily, nothing huge came out of the inspection, but the elements that did, would lead to potential disaster in the future (or future homeowners)... given the exorbitant amount of money homes cost nowadays, I will hold by builder to it!

Phil and Randy were very diligent, and the materials provided in the inspection make filling out Tarion forms a breeze.

This was well worth the money (which was inexpensive as well) for the piece of mind, the tips and experience. I wll be referring Acker to everyone I know (I've already started with my neighbors)
