Bayview Windows

Really impressed with the organization of Tom and Wayne from Bayview Windows when installing a patio door on the third floor of a narrow townhome. They had to disassemble and reassemble the patio door to get it up there. Not an easy task. They also had the tools and extra wood handy in order to replace some rotten wood under the door sill. Plus adding an extra layer of drainage . Have to agree with other reviews, highly conscientious, organized and efficient. I can't see a box store being so prepared. No more leaking for me. Bayview replaced 7 windows for us recently and the experience exceeded our expectations. Our salesperson Andrew sourced interior trim that was a close match for the existing 65 year old trim, which made a huge difference in how well the new windows match with the existing elements of the house. The installers (Ben and Kevin) were very pleasant and professional and took the time to attend to all the details. We could not be more pleased with the final result. The estimated install date was pushed back but I expected that due to possible weather issues plus covid issues. They actually came on a very cold Saturday and got most of the job done. Professional and the windows look great. I recommend them for sure.
