A friend of mine recommended Rawleigh and Blacktop so I requested a quote to install a set of stairs, a walkway and a retaining wall. His price was reasonable and it was clear that he was very honest and not trying to upsell or overcharge me.

Throught the entire process Blacktop was professional, communicative, polite and friendly. Being a crazy busy year - my project was a few weeks out. Rawleigh checked in with me regularly with respect to the ordering of materials and his timeline. He worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up at the site daily. The job turned out great.
