(August 23, 2019, 9:41 pm)I have to change my review after the great service I received from CAA insurance. I went in to get a car insured that I was picking up the next day. Tricia provided a quote but explained she was new and needed authorization to set up the insurance. She gave me her word the insurance would be set up and paperwork sent to the dealer by the time I was going to get the car. She kept her word and insurance was ready the next day. Not long after, someone hit me and caused a lot of damage. CAA was great in handling the claim process, answered all my questions, and overall made the process stress-free.
Road side assistance has been top notch over the years, always received great service.
