    I've got nothing but great things to say about my experience. They worked hard and communicated very well to get my issues dealt with within 12 hours of my calling outside of regular business hours. The technician Matt was very professional and courteous.     I've been chatting with Dennis for about a week now and I have to say this guy knows his stuff.

    I had an other xplornet contractor that tried to install service at my place and I was not impressed.

    Xplornet contacted me today and I requested that DKS be my installer from now on and placed and order.

    Getting satellite for know and hoping for LTE services buy the end of the year.

    I made a comment on an Xplornet post on Facebook expressing my disappointment that we have been waiting a long time to get high speed (25mps) in my area. Codie from Dks Satellite sent sent me a message through messenger and he guided me through some tests to see if I could get it. The tests indicted that I there should be no problems getting reliable high speed. He told me to contact Xplorenet to have my service switched. Xplornet opened a case request and told me there was a 3 week waiting list. Codie then bypassed the waiting list and came the next day and hooked me up. That was the very definition of going above and beyond. Thanks guys!
