(January 14, 2021, 4:10 am)I have enjoyed the organic maple syrup created by the Maple trees of Tay Valley township. My children and I enjoy it with our pancakes, crepes, and waffles, I also add it to my coffee sometimes. I haven't ever been to Grampa Chief's sugar shack but hopefully we will have have time to check out how maple syrup is made and get to enjoy some maple taffy on the snow when it's harvest time.
