This woman works wonders. The support, encouragement, knowledge and results I experienced working with her are incomparable to any other experience I've had with personal trainers. I never would have thought I could be where I am now. When I first met Julie, I was well over 200lbs, my health had taken a backseat to what I thought was “being a good mom.” I was a single parent, working full time, and didn’t see a way that I could fit fitness or healthy habits into my life, but Julie understood that, and she told me one of the most important things I needed to hear when I first walked into her gym. “Taking care of yourself is also taking care of your kids.” I don’t look or feel like the same person who walked into her gym that day. I’ve lost over 110lbs, I eat extremely healthy, I feel extremely healthy, and I got there naturally, and without “mom-guilt.” The results I’ve achieved are maintainable, and the weight gain relapse you get when you fad diet or stop training with a coach isn’t something that you need to fear, as long as you’re committed, because Julie doesn’t JUST train you; she teaches you. She genuinely cares about her clients, their success and their health. She works with you to achieve your goals and also ensures that you’ve developed the habits, the knowledge and the experience going forward to maintain your results and continue your health and fitness journey and lifestyle in the long run.
Julie is a top notch trainer. She is motivating and knows what will work for you because she listens. She helped me so much! And I would recommend her to anyone looking to change their lifestyle.
