bruh i dont even know what this place is but since im a local guide im leaving a review on it

We went away for 10 days and tried our Barry's service. We were more than impressed. For me, him taking photos for each of his property visits and sending these in a report really was a great eye-opener. He takes his service seriously, is reliable and a top quality professional. We were really satisfied with the quality of the inspection. One would often expect rather superficial overview from these kinds of inspections but Barry was very thorough with respect to even smallest details. From the very beginning you get the feeling that the man knows what he's doing. He arrived ahead of time equipped with many devices that not every inspector contains in his arsenal. For instance, infrared thermographic scanner lets see energy leaks and some defects which are pretty much invisible otherwise. We got lots of useful advice on house maintenance along the way. The report that we received after the inspection was probably the best we've seen so far - not just the list of things to improve, but lots of detailed photos and useful information to resolve the said issues. The prices are also very reasonable, so we're definitely going to recommend this person if anyone is looking for a home inspector from now on.
