Snow removal on time, never damage to my property, trees, or cars. Beautifully cleaned laneways. When I moved to a smaller home, Kodiac offered a shared service discount with my conjoined neighbour’s driveway and we have both loved their services!
Always prompt, emails to advise of removal times, plows coming after city cleanup to ensure my car wasn’t trapped by a wall of city plow residue at the foot of my lane way.

We have been using Kodiak for over 7 years in Stittsville. They have been wonderful in ensuing our driveway was done so I could get out in the morning to work. They come around over and over to ensure it is clear and keep on top of the city plows. Communication is excellent with letting us know where they are and when they are coming for huge snow fall. One year "snomageddon" where we had record snow fall, well past April and the accumulated inches, they did not come back asking for more $'s. That meant alot! I would highly recommend. Thank you Kodiak!!!!

Second year using kodiak and I don't know how many times I come home and say "worth every penny". its awesome its awesome to never have to get up at 5 in the morning to clear the driveway. Compared to our last service who we were lucky to see the day after a snowfall its great to see these guys twice or more on the same day .
