We contacted Kerry to quote us on a complex situation. We needed a 60ft x 14ft deck above the walkout for our home. Kerry came out and immediately identified some complications we might incur. He suggested the best course of action, provided a full quote, and encouraged us to seek a 2nd or 3rd opinion if we so wished. We checked with other companies who commended Kerry for his solution.

We ended up choosing Kerry to build the deck for his thorough knowledge and expertise. From the start, he set the expectations, gave us a no nonsense estimate and set a realistic time line.

Kerry obtained all the required permits, provided the technical drawings to us, pulled through with obtaining all the required lumber at the agreed upon price during the shortage, and completed the deck on time!

We would recommend Kerry in a heartbeat and look forward to having him back for our future projects!

8’ x 8’ Composite Deck. Everything was done very professionally from explaining and estimating the project, ordering materials and carrying out the work. All done on time, at a reasonable price and with no hidden surprises. Communication regarding the project was excellent throughout. Kerry is well organised and meticulous and takes pride in his work.
