(January 16, 2019, 4:55 am)The best place ever to shop natural stuff. I went there many many time and each time I meet different employees, all of them are amazing, helpful, and kind. I live going there to get my supplements, organic rice ..etc. they have variety of everything. Just amazing place to be visited. Highly recommend .

You can also get a bite to eat as they offer healthy soups, salads and sandwiches. Eat-in area available
(November 9, 2018, 1:51 pm)The staff are very knowledgeable; they helped me recover from a gluten reaction that had been plaguing me for months. I spoke with the staff, they guided me towards foods, not pills or supplements, and I felt immensely better after 24 hours! I went back and thanked them, and was so grateful I actually cried. Also, they carry the large jars of vegenaise which is Awesome!
(September 5, 2018, 1:59 pm)I do love this Natural Food Pantry. It is 7 minutes from my house, lots of great health food products, knowledgeable staff and terrific helpful people there. I continue to find new products every time I go there. Wonderful to have in Barrhaven!
(May 4, 2018, 2:19 pm)Finally made the trip to this location and was not disappointed. Spacious store with wide selection of products. Found myself a new ice cream flavour to try and plenty of fresh baked goods from local bakeries. Love the layout - easy to find what you're looking for. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also noticed a small cafe in the store but it was closed during my visit.
