Kevin went up in our attic to inspect what needed to be done and provided his recommendations. He was very responsive to calls/emails and answered all my questions. Kevin even went above and beyond to fix a broken vent by screwing it in and caulking it. And he didn’t stop there, he inspected my roof for any issues and fixed those. When Kevin’s team led by Robbie came to insulate our attic they were friendly and explained what they were going to do. I asked ahead about a few items that I wanted insulated, cleaned up and tightened and right away they took care of it. A reliable, responsive and flexible team. I would recommend their services and work with them again in future.

Kevin is very friendly and responds quickly. Got four quotes before deciding to go with Ottawa Insulations. They were good value, with good product, and actually checked out the job and answered all my questions before quoting. Ivan and his partner were quick, done a 950 square foot area in less than a hour and a half and picked up after themselves. Very professional, accommodating for time, showed pictures once complete and payment was easy. Very happy with this experience.

Amazing experience dealing with Ottawa Insulation. The consultant took the time out to explain everything from the materials they use to the whole installation process.
