  Had a great experience with this dealership. Was contacted prior to arrival to ensure that I knew where I was going and who I would be working with. Zak and staff treat you with courtesy and respect and I would definitely recommend conducting business with Ottawa Pre-Owned. Zak was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel welcome. At most dealerships you feel like you are being stalked or hounded but not at Ottawa Pre-Owned. Thanks to all who assisted me with my purchase. Extremely satisfied!

  I had been shopping around for a used vehicle. I was kind of desperate to get rid of my existing car. I personally think that car shopping is not pleasant. However, when I got to Ottawa Pre-Owned Vehicles, I was quite surprised. I dealt with Zak. I say he is the sweetest most patient man, and very personable. The other reps were very helpful as well. They really make a great team & take the headache out of car shopping. I truly felt like family. I purchased a vehicle last month with the help of this great team & they’re still checking up on me to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I am! & they’re great! Thank you so much!   I had the opportunity to go to this dealership and I must acknowledge, I had a great experience. Very clear dealings. no hidden surprises, and sales people are super helpful. The value they add with each sale is unparalleled. I never once felt like they're trying to close a sale on me.

  You could not ask for a better car buying experience than at Ottawa Pre-Owned. We purchased our 2nd new vehicle there. They are knowledgeable, fair, and extremely courteous. Zak was simply outstanding to us; happily providing all the information we asked for. Never pushy, always polite. He made our experience easy and enjoyable. Thank You Zak!

  I had a great experience buying my first vehicle here. They understood that I had a set budget and made sure to work within that price range. I also really appreciate the shuttle service that can pick you up at your place. Everyone I talked with over the phone was also very accommodating! Definitely recommend checking this place out!
