I love home hardware, sure they don't have all the stuff as the big box stores but you would be surprised what they do have. You can order almost anything if you're not in a hurry. I especially love their lumber selection. The 1x and 2x boards are not as dry and warped as box stores. Great customer service, friendly staff.
It is a great store where you can find almost everything you need for home improvement. If nit available in store they can arrange it so you get what you need in several days.
We like this store. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Ask for help and they will find anything you need.
Prices are competitive and super convenient location makes this store a place for all Richmond residents.

This is my local hardware store. Generally has good stock but sometimes an item has to be ordered. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I shop there first before the big box stores as I want them to be available. Price is second for me compared to availability and knowledge.
They have a surprising selection for a small store. Although they often don't have a pile of options, what they do have is usually a really great product and exactly what I needed. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.. great store.
