  Roots always seems to have nice items for sale. Love their leather goods. Very good quality.

  While it's a clever brand with distinctive Canadian identity, I've consistently found Roots to be unreasonably expensive and the staff seem generally disinterested. Every time I've visited over the last few years I've walked away without buying anything. Admittedly those visits weren't frequent, but experience is teaching me that they should be even less frequent.

  This is a Roots store in an outlet mall which means the prices are the same as a regular mall. If you are looking for deals that are usually found at outlets the are not at this store. Roots has fantastic quality items and their leather bags are extremely well made. The only issue is, they are not going to ever go on a deeply discounted mark down as other outlets in this mall which make items specifically cheaper or inferior quality when compared to their regular mall stores.

  This location had wonderful staff and was very knowledgeable of the items in-store. Store had a great layout and would highly recommend this location over the others
