Food was fantastic, setting was charming, and the background music was fun and on point.

I ate a delicious meal of striploin steak with chimichurri, parsnips and Jerusalem artichokes, and a side order of hand cut French fries. For dessert, Banoffee pie. (The banana is in the chocolate layer creating a delicious and unique take on this dessert.)

This delicious meal was courtesy of the lovely couple who own this restaurant and who are clearly pouring their heart and soul into every aspect of this wonderful dining experience.

The restaurant is cozy and feels like you’re sitting in the dining room at a friends house. None of the sensory overload you get in a typical downtown restaurant. I highly recommend that you make the trip out there (make reservations though!)

I love Jack Ketch, I took my girlfriend here for a belated Valentine's Day. Regardless of what you order it will be great. We got a lot of food to take home (leftovers and dessert) and they give you plates and use the honour system for you to return them. It s like going to a friend's home and they cook you an incredible meal. I love it here!

We were greeted with a smile immediately. From the first drink to the last bite everything can be labeled as 5 star. Simple decor. Comfortable seating. Lots of parking available. Don't let that take away from the best part. The food is miles above what's to be expected in the city of Ottawa. Only wish that I had been here sooner. This place is a gem.

Original menu and delicious food that is reasonably priced. It is a small and cozy building with many fun ideas (such as dishes) to make it unique. Alli was very easy to talk to and made us feel at home. Appetizers are large, plan to share. We’ll be back to try some of the fun drinks!

Must check out this amazing local restaurant!! Food was all excellent but the cocktails and our server/bartender made this date extra special.
