I took my daughter to Zumiez to get a thrasher sweatshirt and we live 1.5 hours away. On the way home we realized that the security tag was not removed. We only head to Ottawa 3 times per year. When I called and told them , Hudson, the manager offered to drive out to Perth to meet me to exchange for one without the security tag on it. Needless to say I was quite shocked she would be willing to do this. My daughter and I were relieved and delighted. This is customer service at its best!!!! Yay Hudson!!! Thank you so much!! My daughter was so happy and relieved. As was I. 5 stars for sure!!!

I did Christmas shopping here for my son and it was the best selection I could find of the brands he wanted. The young guy working was super patient and incredibly helpful while I needed help finding and looking at multiple items. A big difference than another store with some of the same brands a few doors down. I was in and out 3 times and the employees never once spoke to us or asked if we needed help. Exact opposite treatment at Zumies, thanks guys!
