Great team from Equity One. Very personable and showed interest and care in our choices. Joanne's savvy advice saved us money on our purchase...plus we get the Equity One rebate. If ever you have bought a house you know the feeling. Cash going out to so many hands. It feels really good when about 2 weeks after closing you get a cheque from Equity One.
Trevor put together great pics of our existing home and again with shrewd advice from Joanne we got 10% over our asking, which itself was already more than I thought we would get.. We were listed for a grand total of 30 hours. Yes a little over a day. Throw in that they offer very reasonable selling commission rates. This is my second time using Equity One and I would definitely use them again.

Cheap” upgrades, and overall opinion of the built of the house. He’s by no mean a house inspector but his advice on some things i wouldn’t haven’t noticed was well appreciated.

He was great,laid-back, no-pressure type of agent that gave us great independence but also amazing advice when it came to putting our offer in. Extra bonus was that he gives you “cash-back” instead of a gift which paid for our new dinning room table! Again, great to be able to pick your “thank you gift”, but honestly that’s secondary to how great of a service we received.

We will use Trevor and his team again when/if we have to sell our property (but hopefully not cause we love it!!)
