Diane is an excellent sleep expert!

She has managed to help our preschool daughter love her bedtime routine and sleep peacefully without any night time wakings. A huge change from having her wake up multiple times a night, to ending up in our bed, with a huge struggle to get her to her own bed.

With Diane's guidance and plan we were able to transition her to sleep in her own bed, in her own room and enjoy restful sleep all night.

We've noticed just how much more happier our little girl is, as well as, how rested we feel too.

Diane is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is a great support for parents as they navigate teaching their child to sleep. At night, my husband and I were around to spell each other off as our little one went through the training. During the day, I was on my own for naps .And MAN, did my little one fight hard!
