Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge

It's comfortable and there's drinks and food and the only game in town. So, enjoy it if you can, but don't make a special trip :-)

Maple leaf lounges are the best. Ottawa's tends to get crowded at busy times, but I've always found a place to get comfy. Good food, drinks coffee. Very nice bathrooms.

Centrally located within the terminal. I am a frequent visitor and I find the staff to be friendly. They have a great assortment of drinks, however, I feel management needs to work on improving their selection of food.

I would also suggest they work on improving their coffee as well.

One of the better Air Canada domestic lounges but your experience will vary by the time of day you visit. There is a small selection of newspapers and magazines, a charging station, and, at the time of my visit (weekday, late afternoon) good selection of snacks (broccoli salad, orzo salad, two soups, pretzels, chips, hummus, salsa, not so fresh chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies, apples) and drinks. Service was great with the exception of the front desk ladies. They couldn't stop chatting amongst themselves even when faced with inquiries.

This a good lounge however it is way too small for the amount of people that it services. The place is kept clean and the food and drink is always excellent thanks to the outstanding staff that work there. The staff are always happy and helpful. There is always reasonable food and a great selection of beer, wine and spirits. The lounge is located in a convenient place in the airport. My only issue is that you my not find a chair to sit at and there is no business center otherwise it is a great place when traveling.
