Motion (formerly Motion Specialties)

I've worked with Motion for as long as I can remember but these past couple days I had my first experience with the Ottawa location. The staff were very understanding and even came to look at my chair within a few hours of my call. The technician then took it to be fixed the first day he was available and it only took a few hours. Super, super, super nice guy with very fast and effective service. He even brought me a coffee when he delivered my chair! Will definitely be using them again for future chair related needs!

Today I dealt with Motion and today was another great experience! This time I had the pleasure of meeting Pat. He’s incredibly nice and super quick. Fixed my motor within 10 or so minutes and explained to me everything he had done. Even had me drive the chair with him watching to make sure it ran properly. Would definitely recommend Motion to anyone!

Joe Mavis comes to our work and works on our residents wheelchairs and/or walkers. He's great at his job and even better at dealing with the residents. Thanks joe for everything you've done for our residents and families.

He's is amazing with the residents and staff.
He's an great worker and gets the job done right he also goes above and beyond for each residents and their needs.

I have to say, I'm not one to write reviews, but I think that people researching need to take this into account. Over the years I have had less than stellar dealings with Motion, but they have worked hard to improve their service. I have been working with Jarrett with a number of clients and their mobility needs, and he has demonstrated excellent follow-through, knowledge and customer service. Way to go Jarrett and Motion!

I recently purchased a set of crutches at this location and was very pleased with their assistance and quality of product. Tesla (yes, like the vehicle) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with the products in the store. If I tear my achilles heel again, I'll be sure to come back!!
