(June 27, 2018, 4:05 pm)So I have mixed feelings about my move in process so far but the overall the building seems generally well maintained if not exceptional, the office staff is helpful but the super is very difficult to get information from and we have been consistently left in the dark as to timelines on renovations/maintenance. We had a less than stellar move in process and the electrical system is fuse based instead of breakers. Overall I feel the building is really nice and the views are stellar but it could use some better communication to improve the morale of people living there. I can see significant effort on their part to do things but we haven't had much in terms of information.
