I walked into the boutique on Wellington out of curiosity with a friend and had an intense tasting experience. Very friendly atmosphere. Easy to follow the different flavoured oil and vinegar suggested pairings. I highly recommend taking a trip to try the products. You won't come away empty handed.

The owner Mike is very personable, knowledgeable, welcoming and offers great and unexpected pairing ideas that I would have never considered or even sampled without his suggestions. I feel free to wander and to take my time and help myself to sampling of I want to be independent, and he is always available to help and answer all my questions and I never feel pressured. I went in for the largest bottle of my favorite garlic chili olive oil and left with what I came for in addition to 1 small bottle of roasted chili olive oil and 13 mini bottles of assorted oils and vinegars. They have the best quality gourmet oil and vinegar shop I have been to across Canada and have unique flavors you can not find anywhere else. They also offer the mini size 60 ml bottles which are perfect to experiment with combinations of flavors before you commit to larger bottles and are great bundled together for hostess gifts. I want 1 of everything for cooking, dressings, bread dippers, quinoa and pasta salads, risotto, popcorn (instead of butter) etc. and even to flavor sparking water or club soda. I love this bright and welcoming store and tell anyone & everyone who will listen how wonderful this store is.
