Fresh Air Experience

Bought my mountain bike here a few years back. Service has always been great every time I pop in. I went in yesterday for a tool to remove my valve core and hydraulic brake spaces and to my surprise they just gave it to me without charge. Amazing!

Great service and a friendly staff. I was waiting to ask a bike repair question. While waiting another two staff members asked if I needed help.

Went into Fresh Air Experience for the first time yesterday and had such great service! Duncan and Quin took their time to show me options for bikes that would fit me best and would be more suitable for the types of riding I will be doing and I left extremely happy with my purchase. They were very patient with me (as I didn’t know very much about bikes going in), answered any questions I or my fiancée had, and let me test drive the bike (the ride was what sold me on it, for sure). Big thank you to these guys for making it such a positive experience all around

Recently I visited Fresh Air experience to replace a pair of ski boots last minute. The service I received was outstanding. After walking through the door I was being helped within seconds by one of the staff. Everyone there is friendly and attentive. I was even provided with multiple solutions to my problem.

I have been going to Fresh Air Experience for many years and can say that the kind of experience I have described above is not uncommon and is in fact, characteristic of this store. The consistency with which the staff at Fresh Air provide amazing service is incredible.

Also, I would like to thank staff members Nic, Duncan, and Maggie for going above and beyond to get me the ski boots I needed.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I went in looking for my first mountain bike with no idea what I was doing. The staff was super patient and set me up with the perfect bike. It's now the only place I'll shop for bike gear. ♥️
