I just got home tired from work when the lock suddenly broke loose. The key just kept turning and I did not know why. Good thing Scott Locksmith arrived immediately after I called, saving me from more stress that night. The locksmith carefully repaired the small parts, making it unnecessary to buy a new lock.
I couldn't open the door at home and I didn't know if it was the door's fault or there was a problem with the lock. All the same, I called Scott Locksmith and explained that I couldn't get in my house. One of the technicians showed up really quick and unlocked the door. Both the door and lock were problematic. The door hinges had to be tightened, but the main problem was with the cylinder. He fixed everything. Super special locksmith service! Thank you!
I was sure it was the right key, but once I put it in the lock it wouldn't turn all the way. I couldn't open the door. I put some force and then stopped trembling to the idea that I might also break the key. I gave up trying and contacted Scott Locksmith. One of the locksmiths was in my home rather quick and opened the door. He repaired the lock and cut me a new key since the original one was a tad bent. It was awesome!
