The customer service provided by this store is without a doubt some of the best I have received from any business. Not to mention their excellent selection of hardware and exceptionally knowledgeable employees. They have repeatedly gone out of their way to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. In one instance I had ordered a new tank and the owner drove to Montreal and back to ensure I received it on the day that they had promised to have it; I was eager for the device but did not expect any business to go this far in ensuring that they keep their word. Furthermore, I've been having some warranty issues with a newer device (which is no fault of theirs but is a consequence of a manufacturing default from one of their suppliers) and the team has been in constant communication with me as they figure out the best way to ensure that I can get my device replaced by going so far as to contact the supplier to see if they can sort out the warranty on my behalf and have me trade in the device at the store for a new one. Most vape shops - or any electronics or hardware stores - would not even consider this option. This type of customer service is what is called 'supererogatory' which just means they go way beyond the call of duty and clearly do more than one would expect of any old business. Their employees are kind, polite, and exceptionally helpful. I have never walked in their without leaving with a sense that my needs as a customer have been prioritized to the highest degree. This level of professionalism is rare to find so I genuinely recommend that you visit this store if you are considering buying a new mod or tank. Their juice selection is also excellent though my experience with them has primarily been hardware related. If you are looking for a new mod or tank this store is the place to go. I've been to vape shops around the world and have never seen such an excellent selection of devices coupled with unbeatable customer service. I'd like to express particular gratitude for the efforts of an employee named Vincent along with the owner himself as they have both been superlative examples of how customer service industries should operate.
