Good, honest work and fair prices. Been a long time customer here :)
My car was immediately diagnosed with failing brakes on arrival, and repaired within 3 days. Repair needs and quote were communicated quickly and clearly. Don's team was professional and friendly throughout. I will most definitely return for future service needs.
A local Father/Son owned business. I was told by a friend to go there, and I have not gone anywhere since. Very honest businessmen, will not upsell or add services that are unnecessary. I will continue to bring my vehicle business there, and I recommend them whole heartedly.
I've taken my car to these guys about four times now.
As far as I'm concerned, I will not take my car anywhere else because I can't imagine better service.
What can I say that hasn't already been said? Everyone here is so personable, knowledgeable, honest, with quick turnarounds on repairs, it's obvious they are passionate about their work and
about making customers happy.
How about price? Every time I have been advised on what this or that was going to cost me, and if it would be worth it. And, every time, I've paid less than I would have expected.
Take today for example. My engine light had been on for a few days, and my electrical system was acting up as a result. Kevin hung onto the car for a couple of days and did some
diagnostic work, and cleaned up some of the cabling. He called me back once the car was ready, and they had reset the engine light and some recommendations on what would also
need to be done to the car, due to various wear & tear. He is aware that I'm looking to get a new car and trade this one in, so he gave me a good idea of what was going
to be involved if I was going to hang on to the car for a while.
He told me he'd leave the keys for me to pick up. I asked him what the charge was for all the diagnostics and his time and he said it was no charge.
I was almost arguing with him that I should owe him something for the time and effort, but still he refused.
So I told him I didn't think I had written a Google review for them and that I would write up a shining review for them today. He said, "Aw, you don't have to do that."
Well, I did, Kevin. Once again, I am so glad I took my car to your shop.
I see on their site that they also do new car maintenance and I will be doing this with the new car I buy soon.
Thanks again, guys.
My first visit and certainly won't be my last. I called the shop and spoke to Kevin and explained to him some sounds my car was making. He was actually curious and engaging on the call to determine what could the issue be. Given the shop was busy he invited me to drop by and have him do a quick check. Luckily the problem is was caused by a loose rotor shield which was rusted. He removed it on the spot and took his time explaining and answering the all my questions. Very inviting and respectful. He did not upsell on brake changes despite me asking whether they need replacement. The transaction felt natural. I wish I knew this shop long ago. They just won a new customer and I'll be telling everyone about them. Great job folks.
