Alison was great to work with, I would highly recommend using her! She guided us through the process of buying our first home in Orleans and was always happy to answer any questions we had. She even negotiated the price down to below asking which was a nice bonus.

Alison went above and beyond our expectations. We were skeptical of using an agent whatsoever to sell our home. However, she explained how she was able to get us top dollar for our home, and she proved that by selling our home for higher than what we expected, and higher than listing price with multiple competing offers. The whole process was smooth and communication was efficient and made our decision worthy. I recommend Alison to both buyers and sellers in the real estate market, and I'm sure I'll use her again in the future.
