(February 7, 2019, 1:16 pm)Great gym for the price , I train early or when there is no traffic so can't state whether it's good or bad within the rush hour times but great for when I'm there. Its currently 8am and I've been waiting to get a quick shower in before work. I've been waiting 25 mins ... maybe we need a sign to tell members to be respectful of time. Besides that gym is great

(613) 831-1227 As someone who isn't in-shape (yet) I find the environment at Anytime Fitness Kanata really open and receptive. You don't feel like you're being judged, or like you need to compete with the super fit body builders (although they are welcome too!).
