A good, honest auto repair shop serving the Kanata area. They are always a very reliable, well-priced and fair option for us.

We've been bringing our vehicles to BnL for 15 years now. We find them fair in pricing and they work hard to get the job done in a reasonable time. We have even had times where they haven't charged us for minor issues. The snow shield on my Civic was trailing under my car. They brought me in right away and the gas bar attendee gave my children bubble gum while the techs took the shield off so I could drive home. They went above and beyond. It was very much appreciated. My only issue is the limited parking. It can be tight with the shop being connected to a gas bar and directly next to a Tim Hortons. However it is highly convenient to be able to walk to places while the car is getting fixed. We'll continue to bring our vehicles here.

The whole team is always there to help. Always had great service. When I took my car in a few times, they always gave me options, never imposed repairs, unless it was a safety issue. Will continue going, as I trust their professional opinions.
