We recently purchased a house that needed an HVAC overhaul. Our furnace, air conditioner, and fireplace were all old, barely working, or completely out of commission. Alex from Carleton Clean Air actually picked up his phone when I called, was responsive, and provided a suite of recommendations to fix our HVAC issues with no pressure. Alex was honest with his pricing and we believe we got great value for what we spent. The team was in and out quickly, tested everything rigorously and most importantly were clean and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. A highly recommend CCAT for your HVAC needs!

When our gas fireplace stopped working in the winter we contacted Alex and his team at Carleton Clean Air. He showed up within the hour to check out the situation. Fearing that it was a serious issue and that we may have to replace the unit but I was shocked when Alex told me that nothing needed to be replaced. He just had to service the unit and it was working as good as new. Since our house is baseboard heating throughout we rely on the gas fireplace for continuous heat to maintain the lower half of the house. We were impressed by his knowledge and how professional he was! We would recommend Alex and his team to anyone.
