Awesome customer service.

I had just bought a new xbox controller and there was a defect that makes the stick drift.
I came back to exchange for a new controller but unfortunately they are out of stock. I asked if they could request new stocks from close by stores and they said they would try.
EB games call me the next day saying that new controllers are in for exchange. New controller works great.

the recycled games are so cheap and same! I can get every electronic there is refurbished from here with no problem at all!

Very friendly and helpful. I wanted to pick up my Iron Man VR preorder but I have a newborn so I asked if they offer curbside pickup and they said not normally but they would be happy to. I called when I was in the parking lot, they said come to the door with ID and they already had my game ready at the cash. Showed my ID through the window and they passed my game through the door. Thank you so much to Anna for the awesome service and all of the other employees!

I've had great experiences here in the past few years. This place used to have some of the WORST customer service but the folks that work here now are great

Great place to shop for games. Staff was polite and greeted me upon walking in and left me to browse at my request. I found a few vita games i have been looking for for 12 bucks a piece. Jackpot!
