I like to stay fit, I work out every day. However, I went away this summer with the army to get my primary leadership qualification. I'm sure you can imagine the toll that can have on the body. After one of our fully kitted rucksack runs I developed a kind of tightness in my upper back. I usually just wait these things out. I tried lots of stretching but nothing would get rid of it. A few weeks later it still hadn't go away. It didn't hurt but it was really getting annoying cause it was constantly there. A friend at work told me to try Osteopathy. So I went to see Kim. She welcomed me into her home office, asked me a few questions, and got started. It couldn't have been more than five minutes before she worked her way up my spine found the tight spot and POP. Holy... cow. I'd been walking around for weeks like a fool and in less than five minutes Kim completely fixed my back. I was good to go. it didn't hut, it wasn't tight, and I had full range of movement again. It was such a relief! I'm sure I will sustain more injuries in my line of work. Now I know who I'm going to call to fix it.
