I have been a fan of the store long before and after the change in name and appearance. The addition of a top quality watch service is very welcome and the knowledgeable staff are always on hand to help.
It is a pity that the Mall does such a poor job of supporting the stores and shoppers, but Farrah, a family business, does the best it can. Sarah is an accomplished jewelry designer as well, should the need arise!

My Husband found Farrah Jewellers when he was searching for my engagement ring; at heart he is a real Gentleman who will drive 100 miles to go to “his” drugstore, florist etc. He was beyond impressed with the service, quality and most importantly the integrity of the owner and staff. You feel both a 5 star opulence and the comfort of a family run business. We are very down to earth people, and felt as welcomed and cared about as anyone else who enters their door. No easy feat, and they do it every time we go. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

After dealing with Farrah for several years, there was no question where to go to have a special ring given to me on my wedding day restyled with a wider band. Farrah was very patient and caring as we figured out how to keep the integrity of my original ring the same, but incorporate a wider band. I cannot give enough praise for Farrah Fine Jewelers. The service that you get there is outstanding and intimate. Farrah treats you like family. Her staff is warm and friendly, and everyone knows you by your first name.
After being a customer for a few years with Pandora purchases, we decided to have my wedding and engagement rings refashioned, which had worn thin after 30 years. The custom job was done incorporating all of my stones and gold. We worked closely together to design a stunning new ring that was still hugely sentimental. It turned out beyond amazing and surpassed our expectations. Farrah was also commissioned to redo my husbands ring which was heavily damaged in a table saw accident. Again, the final result showed on his face when he received it at Christmas. The workmanship from the goldsmith was impeccable, and the final result extraordinary.
