(May 18, 2021, 5:02 pm)There were issues with information CRA had as compared to what was provided. Although I called H&R several times over the past few months to follow up, I was assured these were normal delays. I contacted CRA only to find out that I had a tax bill for over $25K when in fact I was waiting for a refund. The H&R office manager is taking the necessary steps to resolve this issues. I was also not aware of the "Piece of Mind" service that you require in order for H&R to act on your behalf if there are issues such as these.

Thank you so much. My last experience in 2019 (at a different H&R Block) had me question whether or not I should return, and Luba in Stittsville, ON on Hazeldean Rd definitely eased all my concerns.
