(February 23, 2020, 2:54 pm)Joe was fantastic when we needed quick service on a cold table that went down. As a restaurant operator we know the need for emergency service when food storage is at stake. The competitors said it would be a few weeks out before we could get a tech on site. I explained my situation to Joe and he was there that day to assess the problem and get the table to hold together until the proper part could be installed.
I have now added JCS as my “Go To” for service for all 3 of our Ottawa locations.
