Kanata Optometry Centre

Despite my initial bad experience I must be honest as I was in my first review. The optometrists here are professional in how the approach their customers and how they operate as a business. However I can’t deny the fact that they made a mistake and there was some real miscommunication. This is normal, everyone makes mistakes sometimes and I forgive Kanata Optometry for what happened. It is unfortunate but in the end the issue was rectified and they did honour what was said to me. They also were able to provide me a new set of glasses within the day which made up for things as I live 5 hours away.

I recently saw Dr. Annie Micucci for a very overdue eye exam. She was simply AMAZING! The most thorough eye exam and she explained her findings in a way I could easily understand. A very passionate and caring healthcare provider, who I won't hesitiate to refer family and friends too. I honestly don't think you can do better than Kanata Optometry Centre!

Dr. Dick and Dr. Morey are thorough, share lots of their time to explain things, and are also relaxed. Staff are really helpful for getting contacts and fitting in last minutes appointments. Appointments are punctual. Very impressed with this place!

I went to Kanata Optometry for a routine eye exam. Dr. Franzmann did a very thorough exam and gave me a prescription for eyeglasses that are perfect. She also referred me to an Ophthalmologist for an abnormality that she noticed during the exam. Very grateful for her excellent care!

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff there. Problems are always solved with exceeding the expectations rating.
The front desk people are a little tough (assertive, less friendly) but at the end we receive an excellent treatment by the opticians and the optometrists.
