Katie was an outstanding real estate agent. This was our first time buying a home and she was always available to answer the many questions we had. We changed my mind a couple of times both on the type of property we were looking for as well as the location and she was very flexible with these changes. She always had thorough up to date lists of properties in our price range and went above and beyond to arrange viewings for us. She was always on time, always had property details with her at the viewings and would communicate readily on our behalf with the sellers agents. During viewings, she helped direct our attention to important details of the house that helped us decide whether or not it was worthwhile to make an offer. When it came to making offers, she always helped us make an educated decision about how much to offer and I felt she was very honest and transparent about the process. We never had to worry about having our offers in on time as she arranged everything for us and had all documents ready for quick signing.
Besides being very competent and reliable professionally, she is also a very warm, calm, patient and approachable person. We always enjoyed going to our viewings with her. Buying a home is very stressful in my opinion, but she really made the process a lot easier.
