Kelseys Original Roadhouse

I ordered the chicken thighs and a house salad. Wow the portions were generous 3 big peices of boneless chicken thighs and a medium sized salad. I have to say it was the best chicken I ever had. Cooked to a crunchy perfection. It is far superior to any other fried chicken out there. No comparison! Salad was delicious and made with a spring mixture of lettuce. House dressing was very tasty. Definitely going to order again. The service was top of the line. Thanks Kelseys!

The food was quickly served, fresh and delicious! We had spinach dip (yum), veggie burger, fish burgers and beet/goat cheese salad. All were very good with good sized portions. Service was excellent; waiter was very attentive and friendly, recommending drinks and giving advice on the food.

Their new look will definitely draw more business. The new decor is more brightly to show off the new digs. It's a roadhouse with a very inviting welcome. The service staff were all friendly and attentive.
We started off with a Full Plate chili nachos and was split between four guys; we found it was ample amount . I would order again.
It was 1/2 price wing night, so we as men, it was our duty to try the wings. The verdict? Hey..it was 1/2 price wings, tasty, but not too meaty. I would to try the wings on another night to compare.
The patio is also, nicely decorated. A nice vibe.
The old Kelsey, I would go there once a year, but now easily triple that.

This was our first visit and LOVED it. The waiter was probably the friendliest one we ever had anywhere and was very patient. He returned 3 times with a big understanding smile to take our order as we weren't ready - hadn't seen our friend in months so there was lots to talk about). The food was excellent and the wait wasn't too long. I must admit that we cam early for dinner, but still. The place was packed by the time we left. There is plenty of free parking as this location is in a shopping center. The environment is inviting and there is plenty of light. I hate places where you can barely read the menu. We were offered beverage, but not pushed in to buying wine, which is appreciated as I cannot drink because of health issues. No trouble taking my leftovers home either. Great place, really!
