First visit. I found it quite confusing to get there and find where I was supposed to be. Kanata auto park. Huge and very busy. I figure it will be easier next time. However recall fixed within time specified and everyone was pleasant

Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful staff. Highly recommend. They even go the extra mile when you get your car stuck in their parking lot due to weather conditions

Mixed bag. Was looking for a decent used vehicle. Some dealers were better than the other. Toyota wasn't bad, neither were Nissan and Dodge. Some of the others were not too great. However, the used car selection was quite limited.
