(February 19, 2019, 8:10 pm)When I first saw the low rating, I hesitated. However, I went anyway. Today is Tuesday 3:00PM and this my second visit. My first was 2 days ago “Sunday” at 6:30PM.
Food was excellent and the chicken, by far, much better than the competition’s.
On Sunday service was normal. Nothing outstanding from the staff or the cashier but was pleasant. I had to wait 7-10 minutes (which I’ve been informed of), but in the end I got fresh hot chicken which was nice.
Today, the cashier was more enthusiastic in welocoming me, and service was great. No wait but had nice fresh chicken.
All in all good experience. They’ve been in business for only few weeks, maybe that’s why some of the reviews were negative I’m regards to staff experience and knowledge of what they can or can’t do.
So far, I’ll definitely visit again. I hope the staff gets comfortable dealing with people faster and be more enthusiastic when welcoming customers.
