  Amazing customer service, if they don't know whatever, they will find out the answer or product. This is where retail people should get trained.

  Excellent place for the fixer and DIY-er. Great assortment of tools/parts for nearly every automotive task imaginable. Prices are excellent. Would go here before Canadian Tire.

  This review is based solely on customer service. We arrived at almost 5 on a Sunday, just as the store was closing. We were going to leave but they let us in (with a kid). They happily helped us find all the stuff we had on our list and at the checkout they even gave our daughter a sticker. One worker took his coat off to help us find stuff before leaving. All of this was completely unnecessary seeing as they were closing, but it was definitely appreciated - especially the positive and helpful attitudes of the staff. Great work!

  Too much merchandise in very little space. The isles are narrow and tall, to make room for more storage. This is only the second such store in the Ottawa area but it's smaller and darker compared to the original store in Ottawa's east end. The east-end store feels more inviting whereas at this store in Kanata one feels somewhat claustrophobic, pressured to just look for what you need and leave, without the same "stick around and see what else is interesting" one gets from the east end store. Still, the prices are generally good and the staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
