(June 15, 2018, 8:18 pm)The best banking experience I had in Ontario. Staffs here are very nice and professional. They definitely are trying their best to help their customers. Vanessa is the best! She is willing to help, even is willing to work after her regular hours if the branch is still open. You will not see this level of satisfaction in many places now.
(March 5, 2018, 12:36 pm)The staff are perfect. From tellers up to the managers. Very clean and wide open. Brand new branch, as good as it gets. Used this branch on a number of occasions now and overall good service. Reason for one star reduction is one day one particular service took 1.5 hrs to complete and required more time than necessary. However, what makes them a great branch and why I recommend them, is because they were very apologetic, aware of the inconvenience and gave me a Tim hortons gift card for my troubles. Great customer service. Little hard to find as no sign from Terry Fox, but otherwise great place.
