Our first apartment after our move to Canada in January 2020. We booked it remotely, from France, based on pictures sent by Holly, the leasing manager. It was awesome and she is awesome. She replies to any request quickly and kindly and always find a solution to any issue (for instance with a money transfer to reserve remotely without having a local bank account).
We spent 18 months living there. The residence is always clean and very well maintained. Every team member (from residence and hotel) is kind and polite. Of course because of covid, gym room and swimming pool were closed most of the time. But they are really cool and well equipped.
Our apartment was really nice, very well exposed (5th level, South-West side), and very well insulated. We used heating/AC system few times and temperature remained around 20-21°C during winter and around 23-24°C during summer.
The residence is perfectly located with all shopping facilities accessible on foot in few minutes and with nice walk in the neighborhood.
We will miss this location and the team, specially Holly.
Building is very clean and meticulously kept. The staff is amazing especially Holly, she is always quick to answer any questions you may have and is very professional, attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
Holly the leasing person is amazing....she quickly responds to all emails and is there to meet our every need. All the staff are great and the place is extremely well run and clean. The suites are well appointed and very quiet. Great place to stay for any length of time and very Covid safe. Like having a holiday in your own city with every service you need within 1 mile. Can't say enough good things about the place - we are very satisfied!
I just wanted to say that I couldn't be more happy to have stayed somewhere with such a attentive, sweet and lovely staff. I think we saw Melody the most who was always smiling and asking how my day was, and every single desk attendant was just so welcoming. An excellent example of what customer service in a hotel or hospitality venue should be like.
