  Had a GREAT experience! No matter what someone might think of Rogers as a company, the employees genuinely care about you and want you to have a good experience. Plus I got a great deal. Thanks guys! (Mackenzie sold to me and she's amazing btw)

  I went in to the Rogers Store at Terry Fox. I was served by one of the service representatives named Mackenzie (hope my spelling is correct). I have to say that my technical capabilities when it comes to any sort of technology is somewhat limited. This individual was patient, personable and very knowledgeable and completed the set up of my new phone and also transferred the data from my older iPhone to my newer iPhone much to my satisfaction. This entire experience was seamless, a pleasure and definitely one that falls under the category of excellent customer service.
