Prompt response and service. Had to do some troubleshooting and followed up the next day to see if the repair we had hoped would solve the issue would. Unfortunately it didn't but we was right back here looking for another solution. When the only other solution was costly and "not worth it" (i.e. repair as much as new fridge) he was up front and honest and gave some good suggestions on models to consider. Highly recommended for appliance repair.

First time I used the Saga Appliances to fix a washer. It was a quick response and compared to other companies at a good price. I didn’t know this company before, but I decided to try them as I save money. My problem was quickly resolved and I was very pleased with the quality of service!
The second time I used this company to hook up a new dishwasher and again it was good, fast and not expensive service.

Andrey was very knowledgeable and very fast. He didn't try and sell me things that weren't necessary even though the issue he dealt with was quite minor. Tidy, courteous and very professional. Would recommend to anyone. Glad I called him first.
