(July 28, 2018, 4:34 pm)When I moved to Ottawa 5 years ago I spent the first year trying to find the perfect hairdresser. Admittedly I'm picky but Melanie B. and Scissors are the best! Never disappointed especially by their highlights and always the best cut for your hair type.
