And I liked that she said she knows the products and isn't loyal to any one company, she gives the best option for your personal needs. Thank you, Fiona! I love my Urban Decay shadow!
(November 14, 2018, 3:14 pm)I really want to reiterate the fact that I LOVE this shoppers drug mart. By far, the best in every way. The pharmacy, cosmetic department, customer service etc. Everyone is exceptionally nice and helpful. Scott the pharmacist has always been pleasant, efficient, thorough, and helpful. I’d also like to mention that Fiona in the cosmetic department is the sweetest, nicest employee ever. My 2yr old daughter was crying because she wanted the balloons in the cosmetic department and Fiona was kind enough to cut them down and give my daughter the balloons. She also gave my daughter a sample lip gloss. My little girl was so happy leaving the store. It was a fantastic experience, and I will forever remember her generosity towards us.
(July 10, 2018, 9:01 am)The owner/manager treated me with profession and care when I got the strength to speak up about the yelling and poor treatment I received. Bravo! This store does greatly care about customer service! I'm always treated well no matter how silly my question is or if items are in, even saving me money! Thanks!!!
