I’ve been going here for years and been totally satisfied. Typically pleasant service, and have never failed to be on time or lost an item, or required rework.
I've been going to this particular Star Fashion Cleaners location for more than 10 years. My service has always been prompt and my clothes have always been properly cleaned, and have never been damaged. I'll also note that the (now former) branch manager Louise is legitimately one of the nicest and most diligent customer service people that I've ever encountered - and I'm on the wrong side of 40 with a low BS tolerance threshold ;-)
As of early 2018, the current staff appear to be friendly and courteous, and my clothes are still being promptly and properly cleaned.
