I contacted Tana one day after my father had passed away. I had turned stone cold when I got the news of his passing and just could not cry even though I wanted to. My personal trainer once told me when she was manipulating my muscles and joints that I never let go. I seem too keen to stay in charge all the time. My daughter had told me many a time that I was turning into a robot because I never reacted to anything, so my issues were not related strictly to this tragic incident. Tana told me that what I described to her was classic suppression and repression of emotion and that she may be able to help me reconnect with my inner self. I spent ten weeks in treatment with her and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. We covered a lot of ground in those ten weeks but the main lesson Tana taught me was to observe and recognise my feelings and to express them in words. Tana is an amazing healer, coach and mind-body trainer. I don't know where I would be now without everything she has taught me. I have grown into a better person because of her and I will always be grateful for that. I've seen her in person and via Skype and both ways work really well. She really knows how to tap into what needs to be worked on and guides you along the way towards healing and growth. Her hand held sessions rock, I felt like a bird learning to fly... Now I come back to the nest every now and then for a visit, because Tana has helped me feel confident in my own skin and with my own decisions. From working with Tana, I gained the confidence to bid on higher paying work contracts. Contracts that before I didn't even imagine existed or never thought I would ever be invited to apply to. I learned skills on how to deal with difficult people at work and within my family. And the greatest thing Tana helped me with was to overcome a crisis in my marriage which was pretty much falling apart, but now is still solid and strong. Tana's one of the few people who can get me to look that deeper within myself and also to get me to think out of the box.
